£45 for a sterling silver chain, £65 for a rolled gold chain — each is safe to wear permanently and suited to daily wear, including showering and light exercise.

A single piece takes around 20-30 from choosing your chain to the final weld. It's quick enough to do on a lunch break or as a spontaneous add-on to a shopping trip.

No — the welding process doesn't touch your skin. A small welder joins the two ends of the chain while your wrist or ankle is shielded, so there's no heat, no needle and no pain involved.

Yes — permanent jewellery is designed to be worn all the time, including in the shower, in the pool and while you sleep.

It's designed to stay on for years and only comes off if you cut it, so most people wear the same piece for months or years without issue.

Yes — it can be cut off at any time with a small pair of scissors or pliers at the welded link, and it doesn't damage your skin. If you'd like it re-welded at a later date simply keep hold of it and we charge £1 for a reweld.

A weld failing is very rare, but if it does within 30 days of your appointment, we'll reweld it for free. If the chain's broken because it's been caught or pulled, a reweld costs £15 rather than being covered under the free policy.
