Repairs

We’re here to help keep your jewellery looking its best. If something has gone wrong, our team will guide you through the repair process and work with our partner brand to put it right.

We only accept repairs for items bought from Mococo.
The item must still be within it's warranty. 

What you need
• Mococo order number or receipt.
• Your contact details.
• Clear photos of the fault.

Charges
• In warranty repairs are handled under the jewellery brand’s policy.
• ChloBo out-of-warranty repairs can be processed but please note that this carries a £20 admin fee, taken upfront. For out-of-warranty repairs, ChloBo will send a repair quote. We will only proceed after you approve and pay the quoted amount. 

How it works

  1. Submit the form below.

  2. We review eligibility and confirm next steps by email within two working days.

  3. We assess on arrival and submit to the brand.

  4. We update you at each stage and when ready to return.

Typical timelines
Repairs can take up to 8 weeks. Timings are estimates and may vary depending on the brand's own timeframes.

What we cannot accept
• Items not purchased from Mococo.
• Items outside warranty, except ChloBo (see ChloBo Exception)
• Damage due to misuse or accidental damage.

• Pack securely and include your order number and fault description.
• Keep your proof of posting.
