REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Updated 03/11/2025 - Return period updated from 14 days to 28 days.
With Receipt
We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Mococo, whether in-store or online.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return item(s) as follows:
• Within 28 days of receipt: eligible for an exchange (online or in-store) or for a full refund to your original payment method
All items must be in an unworn, resaleable condition, unused, and in its original box, with a valid receipt or order confirmation.
If your return request is approved via our Online Returns Portal, you have until the end of the return period to send your item back.
If your request is made near the end of this period, you’ll have an additional 7 working days grace from the date of approval to return the item.
Items received after this time may be rejected and either returned to you or issued as a Mococo gift card at our discretion.
Please note: Return postage costs are not covered by Mococo.
How to Return Items

Exchanges
• Online exchanges are available through our Online Returns Portal
• In-store exchanges are also available
Conditions for Return
• A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
• Items in multi-buy or promotional offers must be returned in full. If the promotion conditions are no longer met, any free items must also be returned or their value will be deducted
• Gift cards and e-vouchers are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
• Earrings, due to hygiene and UK Health & Safety regulations
• Engraved or personalised items
• Opened bottles of perfume
• Made-to-order items as outlined on the product page
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase.
Refund Processing
• Returns are processed within 5 working days of Mococ receiving the item back.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days of receipt
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Repairs & Warranty Claims
If your item is found to contain a manufacturing defect, please visit our Repairs page to submit a warranty claim.
