Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving your order.

Conditions of Return

  • We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Mococo, whether in-store or online.
  • All items must be in an unworn and unused. They must be in the original box, with a valid receipt or order confirmation.
  • If your return request is approved via our Online Returns Portal, you have until the end of your 28 day return period to send your item back to us.
  • Items may be returned within 28 days of purchase. If your request is within 5 days of the end of your return period, you’ll have an additional 7 working days grace from the date of approval to return the item.
  • Items received after this time may be rejected and either returned to you or issued as a Mococo gift card at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
Personalised, engraved, made-to-order or special-order items cannot be returned .

Nomination Returns

If you purchased online or in store, Nomination products can be returned free of charge.

You can either find your nearest store (Manchester or Mold) or generate a return label through our online return portal.

If you purchased online you can return your order through our online returns portal.

A return label will be provided and a fee of £3.49 will be deducted from your refund for each return, regardless of the number of items you return.

If you purchased online or in store, returns are free when taken to any Mococo store within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please bring your order confirmation, reciept or proof of purchase with you.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of your return for your refund to appear in your account.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing default please contact our Customer Care team before returning your item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. If you believe your item has been damaged in transit, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include photographs of the item and packaging.

Conditions for Return
• A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
• Items in multi-buy or promotional offers must be returned in full. If the promotion conditions are no longer met, any free items must also be returned or their value will be deducted
• Gift cards and e-vouchers are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

• Earrings, due to hygiene and UK Health & Safety regulations
• Engraved or personalised items
• Opened bottles of perfume
• Made-to-order items as outlined on the product page
