REFUND POLICY WITH RECEIPT
RETURNS POLICY

We can only offer a refund for items purchased from Mococo.

Mococo can refund any item(s) you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and are in a re-saleable condition. If your item is returned outside of the 14 day returns period, you will be issued with a gift card to the value of the purchase excluding postage.

Items purchased online can be returned online, or in store. 

 Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility online. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement, or contact our customer service team to request a gift card. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
Items may be exchanged in store.

All items must be within a saleable condition and in original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt. 

Items in a multi-buy/promotion offer must be returned with a valid receipt. If the items to be refunded bring the original sales transaction spend lower than the minimum multi-buy/promotion offer spend, Mococo will require the return of any gift item(s) associated with the offer or the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Mococo e-vouchers and gift cards cannot be refunded for cash.

A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present when returning an item to store. Otherwise no refund will be granted.

EXCEPTIONS TO REFUND
Please note that in the interests of Hygiene and UK Health and Safety Laws, we regret that earrings cannot be refunded.
Engraved , custom or personalised items cannot be refunded.

SALE ITEMS
Please note that items bought in any Mococo sale can be refunded up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

REFUND WITHOUT RECEIPT
We can only offer refunds with a valid receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES TO US
1. Please complete the returns form on your invoice and enclose it within your return. 
2.  Post it back to us using the address on the Returns Form.
We always recommend that you send your jewellery to us in a secure padded envelope and use a signed for delivery service as we do not accept liability for lost items.

Before you send: 
Ensure your purchase meets the above returns requirements before sending it to us.
If the item is faulty you must contact us before sending the item back on enquiries@mococo.co.uk stating your name, order number (starts with 2000...) and stating the reason why you wish to return the item.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of receipt, although in busy periods this may vary.
Once the refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.
All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Policy Change
Please note there was a policy change to returns on 07/08/2024 if you purchased before this date we will honour the previous return policy stated on your invoice.
