ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 4:30 PM WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. 

All our parcels are despatched by Royal Mail.  

Please note that once Royal Mail has taken your package, it is their obligation to guarantee that they fulfill the service selected. There are no collections on Saturday and Sunday and all orders received after 4:30pm on Friday will be processed and despatched on Monday of the following week.

*** Saturday Guaranteed  - Orders must be placed by 4:30pm on Fridays.  Any order placed after this time will not be delivered that weekend but deemed for the following weekend.

*Royal Mail do not collect or deliver on bank holidays, therefore any order placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed and despatched  on the next working day.

*Any order placed on either Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday (the next business day)

*Please note that once Royal Mail has taken your package, it is up to Royal Mail to guarantee they fulfill their service obligations. Next Day Delivery is an estimation, not a guarantee. We recommend you select Special Guaranteed Delivery at the checkout if your parcel is needed urgently.
*Please note, we are unable to provide free returns labels outside of the UK and we are unable to reimburse return postage costs for items returned from outside of the UK.

How do I track my delivery?
You will receive an email once your order is despatched, which has a reference number that you can use to track your parcel on the Royal Mail Track and Trace website: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

If customers use a parcel forwarding service, we are not liable for the item not arriving or going missing after it leaves the UK.
