For standard delivery, your order will arrive 2-3 working days after your order has been placed. For next day delivery, if your order is placed before 3pm, your item will arrive the next day. If your order is placed after 3pm and you have selected next day delivery, your item will be dispatched from our office the next working day, to arrive with you the following working day. E.g. an order placed on Tuesday at 4pm will be dispatched from our office on Wednesday, to arrive with you on Thursday.

Click and Collect
Yes, we offer a free Click and Click service to all of our stores; Birkenhead, Chester, Liverpool, Mold, Ruthin, Warrington, Wrexham. Please select the store you wish to collect your items from at the checkout.
Orders placed with our Click and Collect service will arrive into the store within 2-3 working days. Please wait until you have received an email telling you the item is in store before you come into collect. Please bring ID as you will need this to claim your parcel.
