ORDERING

Yes, it is 100% secure to shop online with Mococo, and thousands of customers have already shopped safely with us - and they rate us 5 stars. Our secure servers protect all personal information entered throughout the ordering process using advanced encryption and firewall technology, and we do not store your payment details in order to provide a further level of protection.

Mococo is an authorised and official stockist of every brand sold on mococo.co.uk. All products are sent to us directly from the designers, they are brand new and come with branded packaging. You will also receive a full manufacturer’s warranty when purchasing on Mococo’s website.

You need to subscribe to our newsletter to receive your discount code. Once you have signed up, you will receive a welcome email which contains the discount code, you will need to add this discount at the checkout. Please check your junk email folder if you haven’t received your welcome email. The discount is only valid on full price items.

Discounts codes may be applied at checkout. Please note that you cannot use more than one offer or discount code at a time. Offers and promotions will automatically apply where applicable, you will see the result in your basket. Yes, we offer free gift wrapping as standard. If you wish to receive a branded paper bag with your order, please enter how many gift bags are required at the checkout. If none are required please enter 0.

At Mococo, we are committed to reduce our environmental impact. To reduce waste, please enter 0 when asked how many gift bags are required at checkout. Please contact us if you would like any more information or would like to discuss our packaging further.

Yes, once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you have not received one, please check your junk email folder. Please contact us if you are have not received one.

Please call us on 0800 206 1606 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or email us on enquiries@mococo.co.uk to amend or cancel your order. Please note, if the item has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel or change it, you will need to return the item to us.

Yes you can with most products. Simply choose 'Pick Up' at checkout and our store will prepare your order and let you know when it's ready to collect.

DELIVERY

For standard delivery, your order will arrive 2-3 working days after your order has been placed. For next day delivery, if your order is placed before 4:30pm Mon-Fri, your item will arrive in 1-2 days.

Yes, when your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email, this will include a Royal Mail reference number. You will can use this number to track your order here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

If you have not received an email informing you that an item is out of stock, then all items in the order should be with your order. In the unlikely event your order has been received and is missing an item, please call us on 0800 206 1606 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or email us on enquiries@mococo.co.uk

Something that we pride ourselves on here at Mococo is the beautiful, branded gift bags and gift wrap that is offered on every order. Whilst we want to make sure that you receive everything you need to make your purchase special, we understand that not everybody needs these extras. Moving forward we aim to provide our customers with only the necessary amount of packaging to minimise any possible waste.  

In order to ensure that this is possible, we ask our customers to enter during the checkout how many branded gift bags they wish to have with their order.

Unfortunately, we cannot grantee that an item will come back into stock, especially if the item is discounted. Contact us on Live Chat, Email or Call us and we will do our best to get an item back in for you where possible.

Yes, we price match where possible. You will need to email us on enquiries@mococo.co.uk with a link to the item on the other retailer’s site. It must be an official stockist of the brand.

REPAIRS and replacements

Yes, in our mold store, we offer repairs on selected brands that we sell and send them off for you with a charge. If you would like to know more please email enquiries@mococo.co.uk.

We can send Chlobo, Hot Diamonds, Thomas Sabo, UNOde 50, and Kit Heath Jewellery off to get the item mended for you. With an Admin Fee and possible brand repair fee. Please feel free to get in contact if you have any questions enquiries@mococo.co.uk.

Yes, we can as long as there is proof that the item was brought from us and is under warranty.
