Christmas 2017 Exchange Policy with Receipt
Items purchased from Monday 23rd October 2017 can be exchanged up to and including Sunday 14th January 2018 with a valid receipt or gift receipt. T&C’s apply. From Monday 15th January 2018 the policy will revert back to the 30 days exchange policy from the date of purchase. All other return and exchange terms remain the same.
Regular Refund & Exchange Policy with Receipt
We can only offer an exchange or refund for items purchased from Mococo. Refunds are issued within 14 days and exchanges are issued within 30 days. All items must be within a saleable condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items in a multi-buy/promotion offer must be returned with a valid receipt. If the items to be refunded bring the original sales transaction spend lower than the minimum multi-buy/promotion offer spend, Mococo will require the return of any gift item(s) associated with the offer or a refund will not be granted.
Mococo gift vouchers and gift cards cannot be refunded for cash.
A refund will be issued by the original payment method, to the value of the item printed on the receipt. For debit/credit card refunds, the card and the cardholder must be present. Otherwise no refund will be granted.
Exceptions to Refund & Exchange
Please note that in the interests of Hygiene and UK Health and Safety Laws, we regret that pierced earrings cannot be exchanged, nor refunded.
Refund & Exchange without Receipt
We can only offer refunds with a valid receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
